We individualize our sports performance training programs to fit each client. For some clients, adding power to their pitching or volleyball serve is a top priority. For others, regaining strength and increasing range of motion following an injury is the focus. And still for others, maintaining healthy weight, feeling more energized, or sleeping better at night are key goals. At Next Level Sports Performance, we listen to our clients, and then we work with you to develop a personalized training program that helps you achieve your personal goals.
At Next Level Sports Performance, we understand the unique challenges and concerns involved in training student athletes. We work in partnership with parents to discuss and determine the appropriate training protocol for each athlete, while keeping parents informed and involved with their child’s ongoing progress.
Backed by extensive experience and knowledge of junior high, high school, and collegiate sports, our certified staff can help your student improve key aspects of strength, endurance, and precision movement, while enhancing overall stability and balance. We specify our exercises on the demands of your sport decreasing chance of injury.
We work with you to develop a training program that’s based specifically on your physiological profile and health and wellness goals. Specifically, our certified trainers will work with you to develop a personalized training protocol that incorporates medium- and high-level intensity workouts followed by recovery sessions. We believe that it’s not how hard you work, but how smart and efficiently you work. From your first session on, you’ll discover how specific exercises and training protocols can help you achieve the results you want, while learning how to minimize injury and establish healthy habits that will contribute to greater strength and flexibility in the years ahead. Post Rehabilitation Return to Sport
Because of our unique team based approach many times athletes continue their rehabilitation here at Next Level. Insurance plans are being restrictive on visit allocation and length of post-operative rehabilitation. Based on our collaborative approach our certified training staff can consult with a therapist on best progression and exercise advancement. Ultimately reinjures can happen after major orthopedic surgery, we feel continued training in house with our educated staff drastically decreases the risk of re-injury.
