No, we have had the privilege to work with clients of all ages and abilities

Q. What if I don’t have insurance?

We treat many patients on a cash basis. Please call for more information.

Q. Do I need to see a Medical Doctor prior to attending physical therapy?

Colorado is a direct access state, meaning you can be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. However, a few insurance plans require that you obtain a referral from your physician. This can be answered by calling your customer service representative on the back of your insurance card.

Q. How long will each session last?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will be subject to a $25 charge.

Q. What are payment options?

We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and most Health Savings Accounts Debit Cards)

Q. Can friends and family come back to the treatment/training area after first visit?

No, we invite parents back for the initial session but after that we ask you remain up front. This is mainly due to HIPPA regulations and space limitations. We will come and communicate with parents and family members at the end of the session when needed.
